Terms-Conditions Workshop Costs Include: Expert guiding and instruction in the field for the duration of the workshop. Organized instruction on digital darkroom processes and techniques. Not Included: Lodging; meals; transportation; activities not indicated on itinerary; gratuities; personal use items such as phone, laundry, etc.; travel/baggage/accident/cancellation insurance. Accommodations: There are typically a variety of lodging options in most of the locations where we will be spending the night. Each person is free to stay where they feel most comfortable. Please contact us if you need assistance in finding lodging. Transportation: Costs for flights/ground transportation from participants home city to origination point are not included. Participants are responsible for all local transportation. Participants are responsible for making their own arrangements for the agreed upon start times for each day. Group Size: Unless stated otherwise, all tours are limited to 10 people. Because of small group sizes it is recommended that you sign up early so that you can reserve your spot. Reservations: A deposit of $100 is required at the time of registration with the balance due in-full ninety (90) days prior to the start of the tour. If registration occurs within 90 days of departure, at that time the payment is due in-full. You can reserve a space by calling Light Capture Photography at (509) 679-2800. We accept all major credits cards, or we will hold your reservation for seven days, while awaiting your personal check or money order. Make checks payable to “Light Capture Photography”. Payments can be mailed to: Light Capture Photography, c/o David Forster, 356 Manowar Lane, East Wenatchee, Washington 98802. If after all reasonable attempts to obtain payment are made by Light Capture Photography and if the balance due is not received in-full by 90 days prior to the start of the tour then forfeiture of the deposit is possible and the space can be sold to another person. Cancellation Policy: If you cancel 90 days or more prior to the start of the workshop a refund, less a cancellation fee of 50% of the deposit, will be made. Per person charges for cancellations received 90 days or less from the trip start date are as follows: 90-60 days - 40% of trip cost; 60 or fewer days prior to departure - 100% of trip cost. A 100% refund will be made if the tour is filled following your cancellation. The purchase of travel insurance covering baggage, accident/life and trip cancellation is highly recommended. Light Capture Photography reserves the right to cancel any group due to insufficient registration. In the event of such cancellation, those with reservations shall be notified as soon as possible and a full refund of trip payment will be given. Light Capture Photography is not responsible for additional expenses incurred in preparation for a trip.
